Handoff Register classifies the steps of a written process against a dictionary of step patterns and says, for each, whether an AI resolution layer would take it first or a person should keep it, and what control disappears when a step is handed over. It is guidance to organise your own operations work and to shape a pilot proposal, not process engineering advice, an automation design, a risk assessment or an audit opinion. Your own managers decide what applies to your operation, and the classification of any line is only as right as the words it was written in.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The clause references and evidence guidance are licensed content and may be used within your organisation for your own compliance work. They may not be resold or republished. The step dictionary is ours.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
